Weather is a big deal in central South Texas.  In most cases we just complain mightily about  the heat an humidity (last summer WAS a scorcher) but every once in a while we get a surprise!  An indication that warm to hot is not the only weather variance in San Antonio.  We got another "February surprise" this year with a bit of ice to remind us that yes, Virginia, there IS a winter in Texas....
