Paddy Flat
Escaping the San Antonio heat in the summer usually means we head north (and west!) to the Intermountain West. With no place to camp out in Salt Lake, that means we head to Idaho and Paddy Flat. We had 4 stints at Paddy Flat and loved every one. We managed to get a few cabin projects completed but we still have one big project remaining: Finish the new fencing.
Cattle are allowed to graze at Paddy Flat but have a tendency to leave "calling cards" everywhere they travel. So, a little fencing will help keep them in an area where fertilization is needed and allow us to walk the property without having to look down constantly...
